Did anyone hear about the friendship bracelet workshop fundraiser the Crochet Club hosted on October 18th? I hope you did not miss it because it was a must-go-to event! I mean who doesn't love making beaded bracelets? For many it is a nostalgic feeling, going to the store and begging your parents to buy you the big kits they sold in order to wear your handmade jewelry around. The Crochet Club wanted to bring this nostalgic feeling back and bring a little fun to both first and second lunches. It is clear to say that many students loved the fundraiser, as they bought multiple bracelets and even brought their friends along.
Everyone was having fun picking out the beads that they thought would match their friends' personalities, while also picking something their friends would like as well. To end off on a good note, the bracelet workshop was very successful and helped the Crochet Club raise funds to buy supplies and start crocheting. Many people loved it so much that they even asked Crochet Club to host another workshop soon!
